Service was sometimes slow, leading to frustrating wait times for meals. The ground became quite slippery after rain, which could be dangerous.

The Luxury Garden View Room offered great space with a nice view. The air conditioning functioned well, keeping us comfortable during our stay. Enjoyed the availability of tea and coffee facilities in our room. I appreciated the handy mini-bar, which was stocked with drinks. Breakfast had a decent selection of foods, but we faced long wait times for lunch at the restaurant, which should be addressed. Appeared some staff lacked necessary hospitality experience, resulting in delays and a lack of follow-up on our requests. Despite these hiccups, the setting really made the stay worthwhile, especially with the beautiful garden areas to unwind in.

Exceptional Stay with Personalized Service

We spent two amazing nights enjoying the Luxury Garden view Room. The Diamond Club experience truly elevated our stay, with our butlers ensuring our needs were met seamlessly. Dining at Pescari and enjoying personalized sushi was a highlight. Don't miss the foam party for great fun!

However, the service was comically slow, like they were on vacation too! And let's just say the room service had a workout—running back and forth just for a towel!

Had an amazing time during my 4-night stay! The sushi at Pescari was incredible. fresh and perfectly crafted. The evening entertainment really brought the resort to life, especially the live band! On the downside, one of the restaurants was closed, which was disappointing since the variety was lacking.

Family vacation hotspot

The vibe team was very nice! We had a blast at the foam party, such energy from DJ Stookie made it lovely!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for the memories made, it was still worthwhile.

It was just a fine choice for a short visit in St John's with fantastic value. The pool areas were really nice and a great place to chill. Take advantage of the beach activities while you're there.

The beach is stunning the staff are super friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibe team’s energy especially during poolside activities. The dining options outside of the buffet were consistently delicious.

we loved the location of the autographs collection, right by the beach. estella and the vibe team provided fantastic service, making sure everyone enjoyed their time. we also appreciated the diverse range of spa rituals that truly helped us relax during our stay.
